Squadware Inc values its relationship with its customers, and offers the following return policies.

Hardware Devices

Hardware devices may be returned for a period of 14 days from receipt of the hardware by the customer. Prior written authorization for return of the hardware must be requested before this 14-day period expires. The customer is responsible to pay all return shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee of the original hardware purchase price will be charged on all hardware returns. Products must be returned in like new condition with all original packaging and any included peripherals.

Any hardware received by the customer in a defective state, may be exchanged for the exact same device. The replacement device will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the original defective hardware.

Hardware Return Blackout Periods

Due to the nature of Squad Wall product usage, certain events are considered blackout dates for returns. Returns for products are not allowed after the start and for the duration of the following events: New Year's Eve, NCAA College Football Championship, Super Bowl, NCAA March Madness Basketball Tournament, NCAA College World Series, MLB World Series, NBA Finals, Thanksgiving, Summer Olympics, Winter Olympics. So as an example, you may not purchase Squad Wall hardware the week before the Super Bowl and return it after the Super Bowl game.

Software Purchases

All software-only download purchases are non-refundable. A free trial version is available for download to test software compatibility with your personal hardware.
